•Turn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use.

❄️ A/C should never remain on when the villa is unoccupied to avoid energy waste.

•Drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.

🚫 Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law.



🌴 Unexpected Events



•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.

These are beyond our control.

⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons.



•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather.

•🌊 Due to our location on the Caribbean coast, there may be presence of sargassum mainly between May and August, as it is a natural and seasonal phenomenon.
