This tropical haven includes a private outdoor pool with a plunge pool where you can cool down during hot summer days. If you are more of a beachgoer, there is a beautiful pathway that leads you straight to the beach for another refreshing splash. There is a shaded porch where you can relax after a long day at the beach as well.

The main living space is located on the first floor with gorgeous wood accents throughout. Unwind in the breezy living area, equipped with comfortable furniture and a TV. Prepare delicious treats for the crew in the well-equipped kitchen. Whoever is the designated chef will have a blast cooking everyone else's favorite recipes. This level also features a full bathroom with a walk-in natural stone outdoor shower. A spiral staircase leads you to the second floor, where two comfortable bedrooms can be found. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom and an oceanfront balcony with sweeping beach views.

This home is less than seven miles from downtown Tulum. There are a handful of entertaining places to visit nearby, which include the eco-park Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum, Selva Maya Eco Adventure, ATV tours, Parque De Cenotes Yaxmuul, and Native Park Tulum, all less than five miles away.

* Please take into consideration that the road to the property it’s not paved. A car is a must to visit the region and 4x4 is highly recommended during raining season (Jul - Nov)
