The property was okay. My bathroom light came on and off several times during the night and my shower door got stuck and when it finally shut it made a horrible sound. Wifi did not work. The staff was so nice and i can say it was quiet there

The beds were very comfortable, I loved the desk and kitchen area, it made it easy for in room dining. The lighting was very poor, I had asked for towels and cleaning service but it never came. 🙁 I have stayed at other Springhills and they were much nicer.

This was a very nice room! One suggestion would be to have a convenient way to charge my phone by the bed. My husbands side had a reachable plug but my side did not. The bed was very comfortable.
