The check in was horrendous. I was charged incorrectly and the staff AND management was unable to explain the charges. The manager at one point essentially called me a liar about charges on my card. Eventually it was straightened out and I was apologized to numerous times. The room was a disappointment. The bathroom was dated and looked unclean. Also, I saw a bug. I won’t stay at this location again.

The property was okay. My bathroom light came on and off several times during the night and my shower door got stuck and when it finally shut it made a horrible sound. Wifi did not work. The staff was so nice and i can say it was quiet there

The beds were very comfortable, I loved the desk and kitchen area, it made it easy for in room dining. The lighting was very poor, I had asked for towels and cleaning service but it never came. 🙁 I have stayed at other Springhills and they were much nicer.
