Great house with a fenced-in backyard, which was perfect for our pup. The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and cozy. I appreciated the extra throws in the living room. The coffee bar was also top-notch!

The house was great - it was comfortable & well decorated, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic in the Brookside area right off of Riverside and was very convenient to downtown.

I almost hesitate to leave this review because it was the PERFECT place to stay while my daughter participated in the Tulsa Ballet summer intensive. If she participates again next year, I'd definitely want to stay here again and don't want someone else to grab it first :) The house is in a GREAT location. You can walk to the ballet studio (just under 1 mile) and to the river trails. It's a short drive to the Gathering Place and Utica Square. We were able to walk to Peoria where there are a ton of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the house for 2 weeks and had everything we could possibly need to make it feel like home (including our dogs). We cooked meals, did laundry, and worked out of the house without issue. Joseph is an amazing host who checked in on us regularly to make sure all was well. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place for a homebase on a trip to Tulsa. Even the neighbors were friendly. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the stay was really PERFECT. I ride a motorcycle and most of the time you do not have garage access, but here we did. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. Beautiful backyard for pet. The neighborhood was quiet, access to shopping was nearby and convenient. We plan on booking again for next year's event. Thank you for making our stay a home away from home.
