Overall, a pretty nice place, but nowhere near as nice as the ratings would suggest. Chair in room was heavily worn and leaning sideways. Other chair was stained. Thermostat display was half broken, making the numbers unreadable. On a positive note, the Mexican restaurant right next-door was excellent, with friendly staff.

Best hotel in Claremore. All the staff is wonderful, but special shout out for Megan who is always kind, funny, and professional when we check in. They continue to make improvements also.

Remodel along with further staff development

The outside of the property was in the process of being repainted, I appreciate that fact. My issue was with the lack of knowledge y the night staff. The struggle of booking to a third part I believe more training would be helpful and encourage your night manager to help with more professional communication to their help line while trying to find a solution. I felt bad for the people on both ends of the call.
