Absolutely terrible. 1. Lobby couch is so dirty that when you sit on it, the dust flies upward. 2. My coffee maker was also dirty 2. Front desk person and breakfast hostess are so unfriendly and rude, I cringe at the thought of interacting with them or even buying breakfast 3. Most staff are clueless about the area. They couldn’t tell me where a nearby nail place was located. I found a place four blocks away Please fix your staff and clean the hotel!
