Room was great as it always is. Staff is always pleasant. We had a problem with our heat the first two nights which they fixed. We always rent this hotel for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub had a sign that it was closed permanently (which did not say in the listing) - the pool was closed for 2 days while we were there and then when it was filled back up it was cold because it hadn’t gotten back up to temperature. My son was very upset with that.

The staff made sure that my son had an incredible 7th birthday party! Thank you all so much for helping to make his party extra special. I travel A LOT for work and will be staying in Embassy Suites whenever I can. STL, NYC, and Chicago are for sure on the work trip list this year. Probably a few others as well.

When we went to the room the toilet was clogged and the TV in the sitting area was not working. They did fix the clog but the TV issue couldn't be rectified. Also, there were no extra bedding for the pull out sofa. The staff was very polite. The front desk person was very nice but visibly stressed simce they were the onlyperson checking in customers. We have always been pleased with Embassy Suites but they have definitely fallen a notch in our opinion.

We usually love Embassy Suites (room was nice) but there were so many noisy guests. Too many sports teams with unsupervised kids running, shouting and making noise until 2:00 am. Very disrespectful of other hotel guests and disappointing to not be able to sleep.

When we arrived at the front desk to check in, we were greeted by several members of the staff. One of them asked where we were from and what brought us to Tulsa. My wife mentioned that it was her birthday and that we’d come for a shopping trip. As soon as they heard it was her special day, they handed her a tote bag and invited her to fill it with anything she wanted from their lobby commissary. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful start to her birthday getaway.

I would have gone to 5 stars but this place has the crappiest luggage carts imaginable. This is a 9 story hotel with 5 small crappy luggage carts. It took me an extra 45 minutes to check out because there were no luggage carts!!!!

The rooms were great, the staff went above and beyond but there was a large group of boys that were extremely rowdy in the pool. It was way so bad another guest was yelling at the boys but they didnt stop then security came in and never said anything to anyone.

The rooms are so nice and spacious! Plenty of room for the little kids to run and burn some energy. Entire hotel was very clean. Kids had a really fun time in the pool as well. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The Lady making omelettes was very friendly and without hesitation, made my daughter a couple over easy eggs! The bacon and Swiss omelette she made me, I’m still thinking about a week later and wishing I could wake up to one everyday! Hands down one of our absolute favorite places to stay!
