Strangely, we were only given one set of towels even though the reservation was clearly for two. The “breakfast” was also a huge disappointment. The drink machine was broken, there was a waffle iron but the batter dispenser was completely empty, and there was no milk for the cereal. There wasn’t even jam to spread on the toast (at least the toaster appeared to be working). Finally, there is supposedly a pool that is open at the time of our stay, but it was covered over. I will say that the one front desk staff person was extremely friendly and helpful. This clearly wasn’t his fault. The management simply hasn’t invested in the upkeep for this property to make it a pleasant stay for guests. The excellent customer service is the only reason I haven’t given this hotel 1 star.

Great room, breakfast was pitiful

Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great in the room. The lobby and breakfast area were hot. CAH537774304 Coffee was lukewarm and bad. Breakfast choices were lacking. Juice machine was out of order. No milk for cereal. Bread was stale and no butter or jelly. Eggs were rubbery and cold.

We booked through Expedia where listing said pool and breakfast. After a ten hour drive and arriving, the stench of feces smacks you in the face as you enter the lobby. I wait at the front desk for over 10-15 minutes for someone to come. I ask about the pool since it’s covered. He says it’s not working. I said we can’t stay here and would like to cancel. He says it’s completely up to Expedia. I call Expedia and they say they have to call the hotel. The representative comes back and says the hotel will not cancel and refund. Very disappointing.

This was NOT a Country Inn and Suites. Once inside there was a sign saying "This Hotel is Independently Owned by JEH JIREH Corporation. It was in disrepair. The breakfast that was included consisted of three small danish and another couple was also staying. We went out for breakfast every morning. The staff was rude. They had one bath towel in the room for two people and no face or hand towels available. No toiletries or face tissues in the room. The room was not made up the entire time we were there and there was no sign indicating that there would be no service. VERY disappointing. I have never had this kind of experience with Expedia. Please take this facility off of your list.

It was red flags the moment we pulled into the hotel. The hotel lobby AC was not operational is was super hot. Once we got into the room again extremely hot smelled like wet dog after turning on the AC. Sheets had yellow spots on them bathroom walls had holes, front windows were covered in greasy handprints and the screen was ripped in half. The pool they advertised to be open was still closed for the summer. We ended up checking out within 30 minutes the area just didn't feel safe. It was extremely dirty carpets had some really big stains in the hallway.
