They put us in an area of the hotel where there were longtime tenants I believe and there were empty 12 packs of beer all over in front of the rooms out in the parking lot there were chicken bones laying on the ground there was trash and filth everywhere around these rooms and they were worried about me bringing a dog. They make you pay a deposit for your dog but they want cash so you tell me what's going on there. Also they didn't even have coffee in the lobby even though their pictures show clearly a breakfast area with breakfast amenity. The room was good The beds were okay but I don't like being lied to and manipulated when I'm a good paying customer

This was one of the wrorst experiences I've ever had before. I overslept so they were banging on the door when I woke up screaming to get out. I was in such a hurry to get out of there that I forgot my apple watch on its charger. So I called them to let them know I had left it and they said since I left the room dirty tht a 50$ cleaning deposit would be incorred if I wanted my watch back it's a 309$ watch!! Plus I don't have 50$ to begin with tht is why I stayed they're to begin with. And didn't u take my credit card and put it on file when I checked in to begin with. Doesn't tht count for anything. At all? I guess not let's just say I will NEVER Ever stay there again!!!!

Rude desk help!!!!

We cancelled due to the desk people being extremely rude to us for letting our pet relieve herself on the grass. We were very upset at the man who came out and yelled at my son with his small dog. We had been in the car for hours . We left and I cancelled the 2 rooms. We will never book there again.

Staff was friendly and kind and looked out for my best interest. I am a senior and the original booking was for the second floor, but when they saw how old I am, they moved me to a better ground floor unit. Thank you! Even though it was close to the highway, it was still very quiet and peaceful. It was easy to get onto the highway. I had a pleasant stay there. Thank you, hosts!
