Friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are old/outdated but still functioning and served its purpose. Rooms were clean enough minus the hairball in the shower drain. My only gripe is the hotel was listed as walking distance to bonnaroo when it’s actually a 10 minute drive. The walking distance aspect was the reason why I chose this place.

The furniture, walls, decor and even things like the toilet and shower were obviously previously damaged and so they did things like put tape on or just left it the way it was. That being said, they kept the place CLEAN. And everyone I encountered there was super friendly and kind! They were very helpful!

We stayed during banaroo and everything was sold out. This motel was over 250 a night. There was no hot water, poor lighting, our lock was broken and shampoo packs that came in to go ketchup packets. It was clean and the bed were comfortable but not worth what they were charging.

The staff was wonderful and it was a convenient location to Bonnaroo and allowed pets. Yes, the rooms could have been cleaned better but it was nothing some Clorox wipes couldn’t take care of. I plan on coming back next year!
