When I first inspected the room there was a huge deer tick clinging on the window blinds. There were holes in the bed sheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was barely edible. The side exit of the property is very dangerous with a blind hill and speeding drivers would have no way to slow down. Keys couldn't be made because the system was down nationwide so you had to grab a staff memeber everytime you left the room. I was charged twice by Expedia and it doesn't seem like I'm going to get a refund or that of the security deposit. The good: staff were friendly, check in/ out was easy. Close to designated. Relatively quiet. Nice to have coffee in the room. The shower gets hot.

The hotel parking lot was clean, The room was clean & comfortable. It had a walk-in or roll-in shower to accommodate a handicapped traveler. The shower was equipped with Dove shampoo, conditioner, & body wash wall dispensers. The sink was equipped with Dove hand soap & hand lotion wall dispensers. The snack room had chips, candy bars, & microwavable soup along with a cold drink vending machine. It also had a refrigerated vending machine with microwavable meals. Staff members were courteous & friendly.

Nice clean hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location in Tullahoma. Construction around the property, but not a noise issue. Friendly, helpful staff! Would definitely recommend! Kudos to Lisa at the front desk!

Not Up To Standard, But Best In Area

So, the room was basically clean. There was a 2-inch bit of caulk in the shower/tub that was part of the larger maintenance issue, but the room itself was clean. The hotel was less than clean. The hallways on the ground floor and the floor my room was on could have used a vacuuming. There was a crusty grey ... thing ... about the size and shape of a Cheeto in the pool area. And generally, the place looked like many minor maintenance issues were being neglected. So, it's not up to the brand standards as I've come to expect them. That said, based on outward appearances it might be the best hotel in Tullahoma (and maybe the wider area), with the possible exception of the LivSmart, judging by the outward appearances. It's a small town in Tennessee, not off an interstate, and most tourists to the area don't actually stay there.

The facilities were great and breakfast was delicious. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We were in town for a death in the family and the staff was so hospitable and compassionate. Lisa, Jo, Linda and John were amazing . We will be back next time we are visiting family.

Second stay for a family visit.

We stayed at this location two years ago for the same family visit. The suite we had reserved was not available. It was a larger room but apparently no longer available. Strange that the pictures are still shown and that we were charged the same amount for a smaller room that they said was a suite. $1,400 for a week for two 70+ people seems excessive. However, I noticed these positive changes. The room accommodations were newer, cleanliness was spot on, the bathroom had been updated, water pressure was way better, the bed was totally comfortable, bedding was spotless, and even the front desk area was newer and the front desk clerks were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. It appeared the entire space had been renovated since our last stay. We did not eat during the breakfast times, but I did notice the area was clean and several options were offered. I have only good things to say about this location except for the excessive amount I feel we were charged.

Ants all over the room, shower curtain broken shower curtain would cover ends water went out of tub. No food for breakfast, house keeper vacuuming while trying to get food and drink, emptying vacuum canister in trash can to dispose plates etc in with food around! Check out guy is doing trash comes with trash hands and by finder tips gives me my appear receipt, then uses hand sanitizer!

Great location!

Location was great, but room was noisy as we were near the lobby. Friendly staff! Was surprised by the use of styrofoam, not very eco-friendly. Everything else was terrific!
