Lake fun!

Super clean and cozy, very accommodating for our large group of 12 :) Couches were really comfy, screened in back porch was awesome. We love Tim’s Ford State Park and Lakeview Marina, super great location because they were a very short drive away!

Enjoyable Stay Near Tims Ford Lake

We really enjoyed staying at this home near Tims Ford Lake. It had plenty of space and accommodated our family really well. The home is super close to the golf cart path down to the lake/community dock area, and it was an easy walk to and from the docks. I would recommend the house to others looking to stay in the area and we would stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed the lake and the Lake House. My nephew and his wife own a house on this street. Just wished for a golf cart, since we had our nightly meals at his house.

Wonderful Bday Celebration

We spent the weekend with friends celebrating my husband birthday and we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect, clean and well equipped for every occasion. Hayley the owner provided some great information about the area and we were close enough for our visit to the Nearest Green Distillery! Awesome Holiday House!

The Holiday House location and decor were great. We also found the house to be well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Grateful for that because we found bloodstains in nearly every bed in the house and the carpets were not vacuumed at all. When we located the vacuum in the closet, the beater bar was clogged with hair and debris - there was no way it was used to clean in between stays. We contacted the owner hours within checking into the property and it took her over 24 hours to respond, but that was only because VRBO had to get involved. Nothing was offered to us for having to clean the house and beds ourselves. My kids were afraid to sleep in the beds because they weren't clean and we were overall very disappointed the owner wasn't more responsive. We will not be renting here again. It's a shame because the pictures really do a good job of showing how cute this place is.
