When I arrived with for my reserved room, the front desk didn't have a record of my scheduled visit. But the clerk found me a room anyway. The room was very clean but there was not hot water and the TV remote didn't work.

DON’T STAY HERE!!!

First jr suite had terrible shower. They have no division between shower and toilet so the whole bathroom was “flooded” with water after showering. Balcony door had no way to lock so my wife felt insecure all three nights. They moved us to a 2nd jr suite, still no way to lock balcony door, no division between shower and toilet, shower head was terrible squirting water all over the place, takes 10 minutes to get hot water, then it gets too hot, then 20 mins later you can finally shower just ok. Toilet didn’t work the last night of our stay, and all the receptionist can tell you is I’m sorry, so I had to grab the trash can and fill it up with water myself to self flush the toilet.

Hotel Malo

La habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilador, y si se requiere ya que el clima no es fresco y es sofocado, es complicado dormir así. De igual forma nunca hubo agua caliente, y cuando se les comentó al personal de recepción amablemente me dijeron que era porque al mismo tiempo seguramente se bañaron varias personas en el hotel, pero resulta que a ninguna hora sea de día o de madrugada había agua caliente. No cuenta con plancha, secadora de cabello ni ninguna otra amenidad. Tula no cuenta con muchas opciones de hoteles, pero lo que sí les puedo decir es que esta no es una de ellas, búsquenle por otro lado

Todo bien, solo el colchón si es poco incómodo y para ver los canales de cable, tienes que dejar la tv en el canal 3 y cambiar con los botones de las flechas abajo y arriba, ya que si lo haces con los de ch se desconfigura. Por otra parte, está céntrico, ya que está a la vuelta el centro de Tula y en la noche está muy activo!
