Newer property in excellent condition. Spacious, clean room, friendly staff, great place to stay. The continental breakfast was sub par due to very limited selection but overall a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful addition to hotels minutes from the airport. Front desk staff excellent, check in flawless. Felt very safe in this hotel by myself and will stay here every time I have an early flight out of Tucson.

The room was very nice and clean with the exception of the shower. The tub was stopped up and by the time I finished my shower I was ankle deep in filthy water from the drain. I love this hotel, have stayed here before but this was bad

Breakfast was basic but decent — a simple bagel, cereal, and toast. However, the housekeeping experience was extremely disappointing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was as rude as the housekeeping team here. I work hard to pay for my trips, and to be treated with hostility is unacceptable. The housekeeper wouldn’t move her cart so we could leave, gave us intense stares, and didn’t greet us back when we said good morning. We even picked up the room and stripped the bed to make things easier for them, yet we were still met with unkindness. I will definitely not be returning.
