I rented a room at this hotel and it was a dump. I left within seconds; it didn't even have soap. I preferred to lose my money than stay in that disgusting place. I wouldn't have stayed there even for free. I don't recommend it, especially if you're traveling with family. It's absolutely disgusting.

They got my room wrong whe i got a bew room it wasnt evwn cleanes they whwre still cleaning it. The walls had water damage and rooms that where condemned it wasnt not a place for a single mother and child. Fruniture in the court yard and broken bikes in the hallways. I do not recommend this place to anybody and the pictures dont match the website ones.

Easily the most disgusting room I have ever stayed. I got in very late and had to be up early. I had a camping kit in my car so I put a tarp over the sheets and slept in my sleeping bag. If I hadn’t been counting my sleep in minutes that night or if I had needed to touch anything I would have left. It was so filthy. Bleh.

NO EV CHARGING ON SITE. Also, was a total dump with the roof literally leaking on to the bed during rain. Pool was drained and room was unlovable. Junker cars, homeless, and cops around responding to calls here. We refused to stay, for a refund and booked elsewhere.

The doors didn't lock properly; the rooms themselves were unclean with cockroaches and stained sheets. We didn't end up staying due to the condition of the rooms and the inability to lock doors. It was an overall unfortunate experience.

Half of the building is condemned… it’s a miracle that this property is on Expedia. When we pulled up it was the sketchiest dirtiest looking building we’ve seen by far. We cancelled are booking instantly. If you want a good experience stay at the motel 6 next to the airport.

The room was so bad no shower curtain, no toilet paper, the door that goes to the other room doesn't have a door knob there is paper blocking it there a table in front as if that stops someone from coming in .no bathroom light just a lamp that shocked me the curtains are broken this is the worse hotel TV remote doesn't work no smoke detector on writing on the walls strip of duck tape on bottom of the front window there is a power bar in the room running from the other room not clean at all

They are misleading on the reservation requirements. It's dirty, noisy, and just unsafe for everyone. The staff let's the people there do what they want. The housekeepers are rude and do drugs.

The room was in horrible condition. The door didnt lock at all and didnt shut properly. I told the clerk about it and didnt listen to me and said the door wasnt shut all the way. Online it was advertised as a queen sized bed and it wasnt what it advertised. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting

That place should be shut down

I never even step foot in the room, as soon as I started to walk towards the room, there was IV usage, prostitution and the place was filthy and smelled like urine the guy at the front desk named Max E, who refused to give me his whole real name refused to pick up the phone to answer a third-party to give me my refund knew what was going on and knew a lot of people who were in and out of the Place, I witnessed as I tried to get my reimbursement back

This hotel should be condemmed. Most rooms are boarded up and unusable. The 1st room I was given, the AC cord was cut. 2nd room given was not cleaned at all. 3rd room given had no TV Remote, no bed or bath lines, no lights that worked. Someone elses food in fridge, and the inoperable toilet was filled to the rim with feces. There were patched bullet holes in the window, and the curtain had 3 bullet holes in it. I checked out and found some other place. I spent a bunch of money and got nothing, and you people at expedia make it impossible to call and get help or satisfaction. I"M DONE WITH YOU PEOPLE

The initial room provided had a door that would not close. The door was open upon arrival. The 2nd room had a pile of trash, only one dim working light, a toilet that wouldn't flush, no toilet paper or towels, and no working AC. You basically get what you pay for at its cheap rate

Fix advertisement

Advertisement was miss leadings, room was very much the opposite of what was shown online. The ac was broken in the first room given, went back to ask for another room, the second room had ac but the door didn’t close properly, no tv on the tv stand, and a broken toilet. We didn’t stay at the location we sleep in out car inside because I felt more save in my car then the hotel
