Very cute just built all new studio style guest house. It has full kitchen, large bathroom and master closet. There is a laundry room with iron and board. There is a queen size bed. The window gives you a view of the swimming pool and the Catalina mountains. The Patio has a Ramada with a comfy sectional, wood burning fire place and outdoor TV, 2 gas fire tables, and propane patio heaters. The casita is Perfect for the gem show or any Tucson vacation. It is centrally located and 10 minutes to virtually all significant locations. This property is for 2 people only.
There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The house was clean and well stocked including adequate towels. Having an in house laundry is an extra nice convenience the unit also includes a covered parking space making easy to come and go. The property is well kept, clean and relaxing. The location is convenient to groceries, coffee houses, restaurants, local attractions and within five miles of downtown. Sandra is a great host she’s helpful, responsive and pleasant to talk to even though r time was short. We highly recommend this!

Great place to stay

Loved the property location. It was a convenient location to many restaurants and grocery stored. The hosts, Sandi and Scott were great. Visited with them on a few occassions and even watched the Superbowl on the patio with them. Would certainly stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed here prior to her move in to U of A. Sandra’s Casita was absolutely perfect! It had everything we could possibly need and so much better than a hotel. The bed was super comfy, the kitchenette was fully stocked, comfortable sofa/sitting area and having a walk-in closet, washer/dryer and beautiful shower/bathroom made it feel like home! The pool and outdoor sitting area was an added bonus and we always felt safe and secure during our stay. Sandra was such a sweet host and her adorable puppy made our visit even more special! We would definitely stay here again!
