Generally the hotel was very good, but I do have a couple of negative comments. There were smoke free signs everywhere, but we came in late one evening and there was the fresh smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. No one apparently there but us, and the front desk clerk who was back in the office. Front desk staff were often heard back in the office and were not too responsive. After four days, our room was cleaned. We found the window open when the trains sounded much louder than was usual. I would say that was a security issue, but we were on the fourth floor. They also had a leak on the second floor and had to turn off the water over an announced period one day, which tuned out to be much shorter than announced, and did not really cause us any issue. Otherwise, the hotel was apparently new, clean, and the rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable.
