Four of us came to Tucson for a golf trip. I booked Nichole's place because it looked nice in the photos and seemed centrally located for the golf courses we were going to play. We had an earlier flight and ended up getting to the house at 10:00 am. Nichole was great about letting us have access at that point. I knew we had a noon tee-time and originally I had asked if we could leave our luggage at the house while we were golfing. Nichole said no problem leaving it their while the cleaners were there or no problem if there wasn't renters the night before and thus, no cleaners. Anyway, we arrived and we found a closed gate and while wondering how we were going to get in, I exited the van and just pushed it open. Problem solved! The house was clean and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt totally safe. There's an Albertson's about 4 blocks away so it was easy to load up on snacks and drinks. There's great food options within 10 minutes in either direction. My friends agreed it was a great choice and if we ever come back to Tucson we'll be contacting Nichole. Enjoy!

The house was perfect for our large group of adults! Great hang-out spaces indoor and outdoor. The kitchen had everything we needed. I LOVED the rainfall shower in the master bathroom. Overall a nice experience there was a few flaws but Nicole was always available to contact when needed and was kind enough to help find a solution/compensate for those things. Definitely recommend this place for bigger gathering theres lots of space and activities to take part in.

Great house for multi-family or generational stay!

This was a perfect house for our family while visiting the UofA! Each turn unveiled new rooms and great spaces for the 10 young adults, parents and grandparents to spend time in. We'll definitely stay again if it's available next time we visit.

Fantastic all around

Great property! Very spacious. We had 5 family members of 3 generations and everyone had their space. The separate game room was amazing so the young people could stay up late and be loud. Great Layout for larger groups

Well appointed house with tons of high tech gear and amenities. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. The space that can be locked off is amazing. We had some work to do and having two desks, extra monitors, printer and paper was fantastic.
