Staff was amazingly courteous. Brittney is a perfectly bubbly bartender, she knows her city and her love for it is very palpable. The Happy Hour chicken and steak tacos were uh-mazing and the guacamole was SO good. Kudos👏 to the chef! Breakfast was also tasty, hot and good selection. Maintenance/pool staff very friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well tended. The pool and hot tub were relaxing.The rooms although clean and well kept, are a tad bit dated. Could use more outlets.The only complaint would be the tiny toilet (honestly thought there would be thr little square 1ply sheets we uswd ro ger in primaryschool!) I joke.. not about the size though!..whch also happened to be missing one of the brace pieces under the ring/seat. The sliding was not fun! We had a good time and will be back next time we're in Tucson! Thank yal!

The positive: the staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the grassy dog area was very convenient near our room. The negatives: the bathroom tile grout in the shower, and floors was disgustingly grungy making us feel like keeping our shoes on and we did not use the shower the night we were there.

The room was in good condition and the staff was very courteous. One issue we had was getting our room clean. The check-in host said as long as we had our request in before 10:00 AM, we would be on the schedule for the day. That didn't work out and a different host told us it's better to make the request the night before. It's nice they had the things we needed at the desk...clean towels, tp, tissues and our room was serviced first thing the next morning. The other disappointing thing was the pool and and spa having no heat. I know these things come up, but we are from Ohio and booked this hotel based on those amenities. We have family in AZ and will continue to shop around for the best accomodations.
