When opening the door to the room for the first time time, there was the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The staff on duty was quick to come in with a disinfectant but housekeeping should have reported the smell then not rented the room until totally cleaned.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Staff were indifferent. There wasn’t any shower gel in the shower dispenser, completely empty we had to use shampoo instead. The bed was horrific, old and squeaky. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I purchased coffee and unbelievably it was luke warm! Online says “omelettes available”. That means you can purchase them if you want but we didn’t see any. It was a very disappointing stay. We won’t return
