Bright Arizona Sun Room in Midtown Tucson.

Around the corner from UMC Banner Hospital & Univ of AZ. Studio features lots of windows, a queen bed, sitting area with double lazy boy leather sofa.

This sunroom has a full kitchen with toaster, apt size frig & stove, microwave, blender etc. There are some baking dishes, tupperware, some major spices, coffee, creamer sugar for a few days stay.

The sunroom has a large bath with a walk in shower - with some shampoo and conditioner and gel wash. There are three fluffy towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and there are some additional supplies for first aid and lotions in the closet along with a iron and board.

The space has some peek a boo views of mountains. Decorated in bright colors, special touches and accents.

There is a semi-private patio area with table and chairs, fire pit, and small grill outside the windows. There is also a sitting area outside the bathroom door (however Please dont use bathroom door except for emergencies becuase it jams easily). Its an old bench so please use a blanket for splinters.

The sunroom has back yard parking for one vehicle & Street parking also available for additional cars or oversized vehicles.

The Key box is located on the patio area with a code for flexible check in.

There is a free outdoor laundry area to use. You will have to supply your own soaps and dryer sheets but you are welcome to us any that are there left over from a previous guest. Please not that the hours are between 9 and 9 to be considerate of other guests.

NOTE: this is a SUN Room. The space has LOTS of windows and the curtains do no block out all LIGHT, if you need to sleep in and prefer darker space then you may want to note this.

Parking on property was easy and close to entrance. Interior is accessible, clean with kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Especially appreciated is the totally accessible shower( walk-in/wheel-in, grab bars, hand-held shower head ). Air conditioner worked great and cooled the space, ceiling fan and lighting good. Neighborhood was quiet.

A cute, well-lit, stay. Perfect for my needs. The kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay, and everything was easy to use. However, there were used coffee and tea grounds in the reusable pods, and a half bag of pea in freezer, so it wasn't as clean as it could have been. Easy to communicate with the hosts, and easy to get in.

Cute Sunroom Studio

The space was just what I needed in the perfect location for my workshop. Great off-street parking and enough cooking pots and utensils to actually use the kitchen. It was easy to access, Robin is great at communicating and sharing updates, and it’s in a cute neighborhood where I was very comfortable walking to class. The only hiccup I ran into was the older washing machine would shut itself off mid-cycle and the dryer didn’t dry everything by the end of the cycle so I had to hang things to dry inside the studio. Those laundry units should probably be replaced so that guests can easily adhere to the laundry hours. This was a minor thing though and would not deter me from staying here again in the future! Thanks for a great trip!

Hands down the best VRBO I've stayed in!

My husband and I were beyond pleased with our stay here! The place is absolutely perfect for 2 people (and our 2 dogs) all the appliances and dishware, ect was in great condition. The space was incredibly clean and we loved the natural lighting and the look of the space. Also it has a big yard with beautiful patio seating, which was perfect for our dogs. The Property is right off of Speedway and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We have zero complaints with our stay and hope to stay here again. Thank you Robin and Bob, we really enjoyed it!

The property was great. Really enjoyed my time there. Every morning on my way to the car, I was greeted by little lizards . Then as I got into my car a little dove would tell me to have a good day and then fly off. The only thing that I noticed was that the bathroom ceiling could use a good wipe down.

Easy people to work with

Communicating with Robin was very easy, check in was seamless, and I was allowed to get to the property early. Comfortable bed and nice outdoor space. The kitchen is a bit cramped but the grill is a nice bonus. I was able to cook a nice dinner. The environs are not far from a bit of a sketchy area, but it didn't feel unsafe.

Convenient and as expected

Robin was very communicative during our stay, but not overly so. Space was exactly what we needed. We didn't cook at the space but instead relied on the proximity to many local spots to eat. Mattress a very comfortable, but is ready for flip or rotate or something. We stayed during January and it was very cold at night. Once we figured out how to work the inverter, we were very comfortable. Thank goodness for all of the extra blankets the first night! Space was perfect for our long weekend hiking getaway!

Within a few miles of honors village and campus so made move in to the dorms easy for our daughter. There are cuter parts of town but this totally worked for my husband and I. Quiet area and the hosts were very responsive!

So bright and sunny, just the right amount of decoration. Really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Fantastic shower w big white fluffy towels. Daughter’s wedding

We enjoyed the quietness of the Sunroom. We are early risers so it was nice to be awakened by the light of day. We call that “natural rising”. We arranged the wedding flowers there and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this place. I also liked the parking in the back of the property.
