Front desk wasn't as friendly. Room isn't clean, you can visibly see the dust accumulated. Amenities such as towel is not there, only small hand towels are provided. Location wise it is good!

Front desk support is nice & friendly. Housekeeping and cleaning of room is more like a 2 star hotel. Hotel & rooms are a bit old and can use refurbish. Example: my chair was broken but I was told there were no more room chairs 😳. Rooms are small but comfortable You get what you pay for in Homg Kong 😅

There’s no self serve laundry, but the laundry service is fine and inexpensive. Everything is fine except when the group tour guests arrived, the lobby is quite chaotic. Room for improvement: power outlet near the bed.

The room we assigned were terrible. After seeing the room, I immediately had to go speak with the receptionist that the room was so small with the space between the two twin beds is very narrow. Toilet ver awkward. Welcomed by mosquitoes. And lack of electric plug-ins no USBplug in either
