We loved this property and had a wonderful time here. Troncones is a very special place with some of the most amazing sunsets. This place definitely delivered!!The casa is situated right on the beach, in front of a small alcove that a lot of surfers use to get to the waves, so bonus surf demos for us! It was amazing watching them from the fabulous deck, pool, or hot tub!We opted to use the top floor bedroom which is completely open-air. We're used to that and we loved the amazing view! Those waves could get loud at night, but that was just another bonus! The upstairs bedroom was equipped with a king canopy bed with mosquito nets, two fans (thank goodness), a wardrobe, and a full bathroom. The water in the shower didn't always get hot, but that turned out to be a refreshing bonus as the days were hot!Our friends used the back bedroom, which had air conditioning, a king bed, lots of storage, and an outdoor bathroom. The geckos left their mark out there so our friends chose to use the full bathroom by the kitchen. We stopped to get groceries before arriving so we were ready to use the kitchen to its full capacity! We didn't miss a traditional oven or microwave as there was a countertop oven that did the trick.We all opted to not use the third bedroom, which has a beautiful view of pool, gardens, and beach because the bed was just a bit too tiny for our preferences. IF we shared with a third couple we would have chosen this one as it had air conditioning and THAT VIEW!

My wife and I stayed in this lovely house for a week and could not have been happier. Admittedly, a little large for only two people, but that was our choice and we had plenty of room to relax. The view of the waves is unmatched as is the walkability to the many beach areas in front of, south of, and north of the house. Also an easy, three minute stroll to the wonderful village of La Majahua for grocery items and small restaurants where the tables are literally in the sand. The pool area demanded the majority of our attention and we enjoyed that immensely. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of skillets for us to cook the fish we caught on our morning fishing trip out of La Majahua. We will only have fond memories of our stay.

The house has everything you need. David, the house manager, is very kind and responsive. The location can't be beat. The quiet cove is great for relaxing in the ocean, and the pool is perfect. Vicki and Anthony, the owners, checked in several times to make sure we were having a good time.

Gorgeous

What a beautiful property! It’s a stunning location, right on the water, and very beautiful. The two indoor bedrooms have AC. The upstairs open air bedroom gets a nice ocean breeze and is so dreamy. Th beach is not good for swimming here, but a 10 minute walk down the beach to Eden Hotel brings you to a swimmable beach. But the home has a beautiful pool and a jacuzzi (which we never chose to heat.)Walking distance to several restaurants. Basically perfect except for neighbors who played a very loud sound system all night one night. Thankfully they were quiet our other nights. The hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Peaceful getaway

A slice of heaven - truly. Peaceful, quiet, well maintained, perfectly located home with all the essentials for eating in, relaxing by the pool, walking on the beach...dining at amazing restaurants. We loved our time there and hope to return again soon. Thank you!
