The clerk at the front desk was rude and scary. The hotel was run down and the parking lot was unlit. In my over 30 years of travelling both domestically and internationally this was hands down the worse experience I have encountered.

#1) Outdoor lock loose and appeared unsafe. #2) Front desk clerk incapable of engaging in simple English. #3) Pass keys (magnetic cards) frequently did not allow entry from parking lock once out. Including into room. Had to get clerk to check them. 2x #4) No microwaves in rooms. And to find one was difficult because.... #5) ...because the way-finding signage was extremely poorly defined if at all present. #6) Wheelchair ramp unsafe...in fact possibly hazardous. Cracked and leaning nuel posts, uneven floor boards and loose or detached spindles. This is definitely a safety hazard and should be attended to immediately. #7) In room...a couple of spiders and poorly finished bathroom. No privacy between sink for washup and main room. #8) In room a wad of somebody's hair was lying on the floor completely visible. I'd say the cleaning crew is negligent or uncaring.

La douche était en très mauvaise état, malgré une rénovation récente. Le lavabo était bouché. Un gros cheveux sur la toilette, des poils dans les gouttières de la porte de douche. La porte de douche était débarquée. Habituellement, tout est propre, mais là, c'était décevant.
