All on the top floor with lift in a completely renovated 1902 Art Nouveau building. Flat shared with the owner who works outside the home all day. Excellent bus and taxi connections from the station. A 10-minute walk to the historic centre and 20 minutes to the central station. Free or paid parking spaces in the area
