Modern 51-square-meter apartment for 3 people, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator (one step to enter the building and stairs to reach the apartment). The apartment is located in the San Giacomo neighborhood, a quiet residential area with good public transportation access. The city center can be easily reached in 15 minutes by bus. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and includes all amenities, such as a dishwasher and dryer.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, open closet, dresser, small sofa, table with chair, and split-system air conditioner;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed (for one person), TV, and split-system air conditioner;

- KITCHEN with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, moka pot, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and a dining table with chairs;

- BATHROOM with washing machine, dryer, shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit in the bedroom and one in the living room), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

In the summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
