The first impression was different from what we were expecting. The building is situated in a small street and there is not parking around. The front desk people were really nice. Nevena was one of the people that helped us the most while we were trying to navigate the area. The hotel is in a residential area closed to the University and Il Giulia Mall. You can walk to several restaurants and the Mall has a grocery store. The only issue was people hanging out outside of the Mall or hotel begging for money or drinking, but aside of that, I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place away from downtown. The staff again was really friendly and nice since the first floor of this hotel is the dormitories for the University. Just be mindful that there is no parking around building only for unloading and then you need to find parking. Good luck with that!!!

The staff was lovely, the room clean and spacious and it was a great value for the price. The bed was comfortable, so from that perspective no complaints at all. There were some clicking noise in the room when we first arrived, but that ended. For a one night stay before the cruise this was perfect.

Good sized room and bathroom, modern building with attractive design, leisure areas, gym and work spaces. Breakfast was nothing to write home about to be honest, it was rather bad. Shower had a glass partition that was way too small, so there was water splashing everywhere on the floor. Good quite location in a quiet residential area with restaurants not far away. All-in all it was a very good stay. We would probably return
