Only place to stay within an hour drive, glad we made arrangements ahead of time because they were booked. Very good restaurant and terrific staff and friendly locals. Only there for one night and didn't get to see much of the area but had an interesting drive on the Irish loop and a wonderful night at the Inn

Wonderful gem of a place. Everyone is so very nice and hospitable. The good at the restaurant is delicious! Loved everything about our stay. 15 minutes from Mistaken Point and about 30 minutes from st Vincent beach.

It was a great place to stop between St Vincent’s for the whales and Mistaken Point for the tour to the oldest fossils. We parked and didnt have to move again, with a good restaurant on site for supper with very friendly service and small town to stroll around. We had a very pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Great location to access St Vincent's beach and lighthouses in surrounding area. Powels head lighthouse is only a few minutes drive from hotel where we observed several whales and seals. Room was comfortable and there is a restaurant on site. The only disadvantage is that it's not very sound proof and we had several people talking loudly in the hallway very early in the morning.

The staff are standouts - all were very kind & helpful. The continental breakfast could have more variety (cold meats, eggs, or other proteins, perhaps cheeses, etc) - it was a lot of bread (cereal, bread, bagel, muffins). Regardless we did enjoy our stay & the property itself - made better by the staff! We enjoyed our dinner meal at restaurant.

An absolutely perfect stay! The room was spotless, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was fantastic. There wasn't a single flaw. I didn't even take any pictures of the room because there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! Having a restaurant and a bar right on-site was incredibly convenient—what more could you possibly ask for? Perfection!
