A horrible experience. The bathroom curtains had mold, the pillows were yellow, the room stank, there were cobwebs everywhere. The beds were awful, the blankets were hideous from so much use, the sink was yellow, and the ceiling was leaking. I don't recommend it.

This is a bad place, the rooms are all nasty and unable to take a shower as the shower head fell off and it was not able to be used, they also have cameras in all of the room attached to the smoke detectors.

My room key was deactivated in the morning before check out time. Staff doesn't speak English. Freezer was unusable because ice was forming out of freezer, refrigerator unable to close fully because of this. Too many section 8 .

Poorly kept. The room was outdated and did not have the essentials for daily keeping. There was not an iron and ironing board on site. The bathroom was dingey wirh old ceiling tiles. The bedfing had cigarette holes in them. The ice machine was out of order my whole stay. It was a very uncomfortable stay. Due to the lateness of the hour my 3 children and I endured the stay. But I will not stay here again nor suggest this jotel to anyone!!!

The hotel does not match the photos, it is deteriorated, neglected, has a damp smell and cigarette smoke, the pool is always closed, not at all family-friendly, not at all comfortable.

We booked two rooms at Town Inn Hotel through Expedia. After a long day of travel, we checked in around 11:30 PM, only to be extremely disappointed by the condition of the rooms. Both rooms were unclean, had a strong odor of urine and smoke, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. We immediately reported these issues to the front desk. Harry, the staff member on duty, advised us to cancel the booking and contact Expedia for a refund. I spoke with an Expedia representative who assured us that the cancellation would be processed. Based on this assurance, we checked out and arranged accommodation at a different hotel. However, two days later, Expedia informed us that the hotel had refused to authorize the cancellation, despite their failure to provide rooms in acceptable condition. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. The rooms and washrooms were filthy, and the management is unhelpful. It feels like a scam intended to take people’s money without delivering basic service or cleanliness.
