I got a room with 2 queen beds in between the 2 beds was this absolute nasty smell of pee. We had let the front desk no that there was a smell she said they would send someone up to clean and shampoo the area. We left came back a few hours later and walked into the room it was all cleaned up beds back together and smell was not there until we went to smell were it was originally coming from and boom pee smell hit you right on the nose. We fall down to front desk to let them know and she asked us what we wanted her to do. We told her we wanted a new room which she had no problem with just had to go down and get a new Key. Thought it was going to be all set until we drag all of our unpacked bags and sleeping child into the room next door. We lay on the bed boom it’s completely broken like are we serious right now over all staff was good breakfast was tasty but the rooms just weren’t it I’m 50/50 on if I would stay again

Staff we great! Rooms were clean and neat! I traveled with my wife and kids. We had a very noisy neighbor one night with non-stop bass pounding music. The front desk was very professional and took care of the issue. Thank you very much for that!

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. Everything was beautifully displayed and fresh. We loved the "To Go" bags which was great to take a muffin for the road. The pancake machine was unique and made 2 great pancakes. It was also nice to have hot omelettes and sausage.

The front desk lady at check in was very rude and gave us a room on 1st floor and the door lock did not work. Also it was extremely loud from a team of kids running and yelling in halls and people above us making a ton on noise.

Clean room & washroom. Terribly unprofessional & rude check in person, Vanesa. I hope they can train their staff to understand they are in the hospitality business. Arrived over an hour later then the check-in time the rooms were not ready. Instead of being empathetic and maybe slightly apologetic, the person became aggressive and rude.
