The front desk lady at check in was very rude and gave us a room on 1st floor and the door lock did not work. Also it was extremely loud from a team of kids running and yelling in halls and people above us making a ton on noise.

My daughter and I had a great stay. We were in town to see a concert. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was simple but good. I would stay there again.

Clean room & washroom. Terribly unprofessional & rude check in person, Vanesa. I hope they can train their staff to understand they are in the hospitality business. Arrived over an hour later then the check-in time the rooms were not ready. Instead of being empathetic and maybe slightly apologetic, the person became aggressive and rude.

Room setting was nice and functional. Kudos to breakfast staff, exceptionally friendly! 4 star overall rating is because we did not get cleaning service even though we spent two nights there

Not so great

The place is okay. It does not have the same holiday in express standards as others. Service was poor. They did not clean rooms and replenish for multi day stay. The breakfast was okay but the staff was in panic as they complained about management not refilling supply. Beds are poor in comfort and room is very small. Felt like motel bed and room. The rooms have bad odor from carpets and you can see fresh food stains. Weekend cleaning crew does not seem to do their job well or it maybe under staffed as we didn’t get our room cleaned and from the first day odor of carpets and food stains from previous party. It was not worth the price. Could had a better place for the amount spend.
