Quiet holiday cottage - Charming cottage very popular in a protected area (ornithological reserve populated by a wide variety of wild birds) - Very quiet in a large property. Access by a private road. Large enclosed garden. 2,500 km from sandy beaches for several kms. 5 km from town centre - 8 km from Concarneau. Market at the port of Trévignon every Sunday morning, arrival of fish and shellfish every day. Organic market on Tuesday afternoons, market on Wednesday mornings in Trégunc. Near PONT-AVEN (city of painters), Trévignon, Port-Manech, CONCARNEAU (the walled city), QUIMPER. On the first floor: Living room with fireplace, TV equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher). 1 bedroom with 1.40 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and sink. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, 1 bed with a 0.90 m bed + washbasin in the hallway. Outside: large garden, terrace, garden lounger, deckchairs, etc. Washing machine. Pets not allowed
