This house is a 12 minute drive to downtown Traverse City and a 9 minute drive to Suttons Bay. With ample seating and relaxation, you can also enjoy the breath taking views of the turquoise blue waters of Lake Michigan in Grand Traverse West Bay. The home includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, pool table, and a private beach located directly across the road. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and paddleboard are all provided as well.
