The desk clerk was more than rude to my wife. We will never set foot in that motel again. My wife went to the front desk to ask if there were any lounge chairs for the pool area. The clerk, who had the cash drawer open and was counting money in front of everyone, just snapped at my wife and said she was busy counting money. My wife said that was a bit rude, and the clerk just blew up, yelling at my wife that no, they didn't have any lounge chairs. It escalated from there. The clerk said she was going to charge us with trespassing, though we were paid through Saturday. We ended up leaving. We couldn't spend another night there.

At first glance, the room appeared clean; however, the bathroom shelf where the clean towels were displayed was covered in dirt and dust that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It really made me question the cleanliness of the towels provided. The TV remote also didn’t work, and attempts to reach the front desk for help were unsuccessful—it was never staffed, so there was no way to report the issues. Overall, a disappointing stay that could be easily improved with better housekeeping and guest support.
This is the shelf that clean towels were displayed for showers.
