The communication was great and checkin process smooth! We found that the cleaning was not as good as we had hoped as many areas were dusty, the carpets looked dirty, and we found bits of trash and old food around the couch. The grounds were overgrown with weeds. The property could use some more updating, and I would encourage the hosts to find a new cleaner and groundskeeper.
