This place was extremely clean and comfortable! Check in was super easy!The facility looks new and very inviting! Basically this is like a hotel room and bathroom, with a common space on each floor with kitchenette, dining and balcony.The price was unbeatable, and located close to the activities in Traverse City.The only things I would like to see changed is there be a privacy curtain added to the room window, so daylight can get in, but people walking on balcony cannot see into the room. And a second night stand would be nice on the other side of the bed. And maybe a dead bolt on the inside of the room.We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway!

My hubby and I stayed for two nights this past weekend. Our experience was great! The room was very clean and check in was seamless. The price point couldn't be beat! We recieved a text the day of with instructions and when we asked questions, they responded quickly. We will definitely be staying again!

Disliked: Amenities, communication
The room didn't have blinds, so we had to keep the curtain closed all the time. The bathroom didn't have a sink, so we had to brush our teeth and make breakfast using the sink in the "kitchen" area. There was only one nightstand, and it was inconvenient to charge the phone or use the lamp on the other side of the bed for reading. We were reminded about the checkout when we arrived, but we didn't receive the code to enter the room. I made the reservation through Orbitz and didn't expect to be charged for VRBO or Orbitz fees. The amount we paid for the hotel is not accurate.

Can’t complain about the property itself but location is bit isolated. My main problem was with management, they blew up my inbox with emails but they didn’t send me what I actually need which is the receipt. They charged my credit card without sending me a receipt. That’s unprofessional and scammy. I had to go through the hassle of finding their number and trying to contact them to get the receipt finally.

The room was clean and well maintained. The amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and body lotion. The room also had a small hair dryer that was included, a mini fridge, and a microwave. They also had a set of bikes that you could use on a first come first serve basis. Also provided was a Keurig coffee maker and several varieties of hot tea. I suggested that they needed hot chocolate as well for the Keurig. The balcony had several chairs that you could use to watch the sunset or sunrise. The view from our room was gorgeous!

We made a last minute trip to Traverse City and found this rental. The room was clean and the location was fairly close to downtown. I would definitely come here again.
