As a former CHOICE hotel Manager for Comfort Suites South in Grand Rapids, Mi., I was so impressed by the new management of this hotel. Newly remodeled hotel and very affordable rates.

We stay here while we were fishing in the area. The first room that we were given had an odor to it but we went to the front desk and they happily moved us a a much better room. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ended up extending our stay for three days. This coming weekend they will be opening up an Asian restaurant in the hotel. They have done many updates to the hotel since we were there two years prior. The weekly rates are very affordable. We will be back again.
