Our problem was our room was not ready for check-in. We weren't able to check in until 7:00. They were short cleaning staff. We were compensated with the removal of the resort fee. However, we weren't able to clean up and dress for our dinner reservations. We were celebrating our 59th anniversary.

Good location. Great view from the balcony. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Room wasn't ready until almost 2 hours after check in time, which was odd but definitely was clean when we walked in as the floor was still drying. Fitted sheet didn't fit the bed and it was put on upside down so made us wonder if it was even changed, just was weird.

The hotel is a little hidden away, but once you make the right turn into the parking lot, it is absolutely beautiful. The views are exquisite, the bed is comfortable amenities are amazing and the breakfast was really good.

The property seems like it was really special at one point and still beautiful, but it's in need of repairs.The ac in our room didn't work and the shower was both dated and had been very recently patched on the floor. So recently, in fact, that the ground was spongy under it. The fireplace wouldn't turn on more that a very small flame.There was also siding that had been ripped off by the wind and never replaced. Mostly these were just minor inconveniences, because it wasn't super hot or cold out, but for the price of these rooms (about 500 per night), we really expected better conditions.
