The Beach Bungalow is a private single cabin blending rustic charm with modern décor. It offers one queen bedroom and one bathroom (shower only), a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, a quaint living room with a pullout couch, and a 4-seater round dining table. The cabin's original layout and natural light make it a cozy retreat after a day of Northern Michigan adventures. Ceiling height is 7 ft with narrow doorways. Extra linens and pillows are provided for the pullout couch. The cabin has a large Wi-Fi TV, heat, and a wall-mounted A/C mini split with remote control. Fresh towels are provided, with towel rotation on Wednesdays. Drive-up parking is available for easy loading and unloading.

Lakeshore Resort has a community-style layout, perfect for family reunions, solo trips, or friends' get-togethers. Private units offer separate living areas, while shared outdoor spaces include multiple seating areas, beach lounge chairs, picnic tables, and a grilling cabana with utensils and charcoal. The large sandy beach and grassy yard are ideal for games and fun.

Just minutes from downtown Traverse City, Lakeshore Resort offers beach days and city nights. Explore shopping, dining, and entertainment downtown, or enjoy family-friendly activities nearby like the TART Trail, Pirates Cove Adventure Park, mini golf, ice cream shops, horseback riding, or kayaking. Our Bayshore Vacation Rentals team can help plan adventures and rentals.

Shared spaces: BBQ grill, picnic tables, beach, and parking lot (numbered spots assigned per unit).
Parking: Small lot; no boat trailers. Nearby Timber Ridge may allow trailer parking (call for rates).
Cameras monitor parking and office areas.
Strictly non-smoking property, indoors and outdoors.
No boats or watercraft available on site, though kayaks/canoes can be stored on the private beach.
