This part of a two-family house with private pool is located about 2.5 km from the characteristic coastal village of San Nicola l 'Arena. At your disposal is a beautiful covered veranda overlooking the pool, closed by glass and also suitable for winter. On the second floor there is a beautiful master bedroom with an open terrace with panoramic sea views. The fantastic pool with large solarium is ideal for relaxing after your excursions. Nearby is the coastal village of San Nicola with its castle guarding the coast. The magnificent Palermo with the Palazzo dei Normanni, the Cathedral, the splendid church Martorana, many museums, the characteristic markets and the district of Ballarò is about 20 km away. The picturesque fishing village of Cefalù, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Sicily, is about 40 km away.
