A great b&b, central location but neatly tucked aw

Great overnight stay, the place was so well and centrally located. Bit of a climb, but the comfort and facilities definitely did it justice ! Breakfast was amazing, great selection, good quality - we had it by our balcony which was a great way to spend the last day in the amazing city of Palermo !

This was my favourite hotel out of the 6 I stayed at in Sicily. I was originally trying to cancel it because I accidentally booked it with the non refundable rate. I asked the hotel if they would let me cancel and rebook a refundable rate but the communication back and forth was taking so long and it was getting frustrating so I just decided to keep the reservation and I am so glad that I did not cancel. The room we booked was just like the pictures and had two walkouts to the balcony with amazing views! We loved people watching from it and seeing all the entertainment in the Quattro Canti square. They also served us breakfast in the room which we had on our balcony. The location was just perfect and the hotel room was very nice and modern. It is a bit noisy because it is so close to the main square so if you are sensitive to noise then this might not be the place for you but I didn't mind it. They also provide robes and slippers which was great. The only tips/suggestions I would say is that you need to ensure the shower door is properly closed otherwise water gets all over the floor, and this must have happened many times previously as the laminate flooring in front of the bathroom bubbled up. Also they provide a nespresso machine which is a great touch but they charge to use the capsules. Considering the cost of the the hotel room I think they should offer those and a bottle of water free of charge instead of charging in the mini bar.

When I first arrived, I was a bit scared. - a narrow street and locked door - no stuff at the entrance, no lift. I could not find how to get in. Kind people who speak Italian , passers-by, helped me. They took my luggage upstairs . I would not be able to do it.myself. But the room was surprising big, comfortable and modernised, so was the shower. Bed was confrontable with good bedding, and changed during my week stay. Room was cleaned daily, . A very convenient location. You can't find better. Though stuff does not speak any English, I was able to communicate via WhatsApp and always was getting a quick reply. Al what I askes - extra pillows. tea kettle - were fulfilled. Breakfast was served on time, but it was to what I would like to have and with no much variety. But around there are plenty of nice food places. So I would say 0 by the end, when I accustomed to the circumstances - It was a pleasant stay.

Incanto was in the heart of centro storico. Very convenient and central to all the sights of Palermo. A little noisy at night but other than that cannot fault. Would gladly stay again.

This property is extremely convenient for the historic centre of Palermo with the Quattro Canti being just outside. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance as are most of the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast is good. The staff were very obliging. Their are some aspects which may not suit everyone:- The reception is only manned in the morning so it is self check in and entry via a key safe. No lift so be prepared to carry suitcases up one or two flights of stairs. There is street music in the evenings just outside which is nice but can go on past midnight so light sleepers beware.

Highly recommend

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, perfect location right next to streets with shopping/restaurants/nightlife. No front desk but staff was quickly responsive via Whatsapp for any needs. Only other thing to note is that it's stairs only and down a cobblestone street too narrow for cars which may be tricky for the elderly or disabled, but no problem for us. Very comfy stay!

Excellent stay

Lovely place in a fantastic location. There was music audible outside until about midnight and then it quietened right down. It was never loud enough to bother us anyway though. Really central. Very comfortable and fantastic host who really helped us out by arranging transportation to the beach when other plans we had made fell through at the last minute. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Palermo.
