There were neat little surprises everywhere we turned. The game room had a hidden speakeasy room that was fun to discover. There was a gas fire pit, and the one we preferred was the wood/log fire pit with a nightly movie playing just beside it. We got to enjoy the movie while cozied up beside the fire pit. We also were very surprised to finally have turndown service provided. Thought this was all but a lost service at most places we've stayed at. It was a pleasant surprise to come back to emptied trash bins and a made bed turned down and ready. Wow!

Pro: Loved the authentic atmosphere of a mountain lodge at the Tremont. Con: Our room was fronted on the indoor pool and hot tub, so the room had the odor of chlorine in it.

The whole place is so worn out and needs a major repair, the room is very dark with only 1 corner lamp and 1 near the beds, both are very dim. The bathroom is terrible, dirty and with visible damage, the shower has very weak water pressure and temperature is only lukewarm and you get goosebumps when you walk out of the shower. There was minimal toiletries supply, no body lotion, no tissue. I really don’t think the reviews on your website are valid, this place doesn’t even deserve a 2 stars.

There was some dirt on table in room or some kind of powder. I took a wash rag and cleaned it up. And there was some black hairs in the shower.

Mixed emotions

A good stay, if you’re not in one of the upgraded rooms it is a bit tired, you can see the areas that they’ve started renovating and these are much smarter, I’m sure it’ll all be like that soon but for now definitely pick upgraded if you want it to have the feel of the hotel images, otherwise you may feel that you’re in a different hotel! Price wise it was still decent, I just felt a bit misled by the images.

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. Couple of things to help would be lights around the outside ice machines, and blow the leaves away from the hotel room doors daily to keep them from getting in the rooms when you open the doors. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel was great! Very clean, very friendly! I would highly recommend this place and we will be back. It is half way between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Great little restaurant across the street called the Abby. Look it up, grest food and atmosphere.

I booked 2 rooms, we arrived at 7pm and we were told the rooms were not ready and not been cleaned, so we went off to get something to eat. We returned 1 1/2 hours later to be told they can't clean the rooms and we're refunding me. The girl on reception was very unhelpful. I can't comment on the property, but it did look quite nice from the outside.
