We loved our stay! Staff was easy & great, Room was clean, & the area was slow-paced. Pigeon Forge, the mountains, & Gatlinburg are an easy drive! Were already planning our next visit!

Checking in was a nightmare tried putting in a nasty room they we didn't reserve we were supposed to be in a king suite they wouldn't let me speak to the manager it was 630 way after 4 before we got a key and thats when I figured out not the i booked bever would i recommend this olacevto anyone i want my money back

Great hidden gem in the smokies!

We stayed a week for the Jeep invasion. The grounds were fantastic. We loved the three pools, the gym, the fire pit and two outdoor kitchens. The room was nice and clean. However, they were a little dark. A nice floor lamp would have provided adequate light. I also would have liked a small sofa or chairs to sit in instead of the odd desk. The trash cans in the room were far too small. Breakfast was fair. The staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

Great area!

The hotel was located conveniently within Townsend. There have been noticeable improvements made to the property and rooms. We stayed near the indoor pool, which was also nice. Some of the parking is tight but manageable if not sold out.

The room was very clean and the area was quiet and peaceful. The air unit was in the living room space so although that area was kept cool, the bedroom was warm. The ceiling fan was also in the living space so there was no air flow in the bedroom. The curtains do not fully cover the windows in the bedroom so the light from outside, made it difficult to sleep.

Room smelled musty indoor pool was so cold you could not get into it hot tub was cold and no idea how to turn it on . Went to the front desk to ask for creamers for coffe said there was none . There was a few in the coffe packets. Apparently she did not no that. Said there was a bar and a restaurant on premises and there was none

First night there was a little loud from guests upstairs but other than that our stay wad great. Got to see the unexpected bear in the dumpster. Hopefully next time we can stay longer than 2 days

Great location just outside the Smoky Mountains, with a beautiful drive along the river in morning on the way to Clingmans Dome. We loved the comfortable queen beds, nicely decorated room, and hot shower. It was clean overall, though the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner. The pool area looked nice, and the breakfast area was simple but pleasant. Staff were very friendly and polite. We’d definitely stay here again!
