We are a repeat renter of The Riverhouse. It’s an excellent location central to Townsend, always extremely clean and the communication from the property manager is prompt and professional. The river access is a short walk from the house. We always enjoy our time here and can’t wait to book another trip.

House was in a very convenient location being in Townsend and close to the entrance of the park. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need, including charging stations for your phone and electronics. The hot tub looked very new and was very clean. Bed were all very comfortable. The path down to the water was a longer walk than we anticipated and the seating down by the water was not ideal, but I assume that is due to flooding concerns. We wished we had a view of the water from the home.

The house was very clean, had everything we needed, even had the roasting sticks for smores at the firepit:) A very quite, peacful, and relaxing place. Enjoyed it immensely! River was very nice with firepit and chairs. Going down to river can be a little steep for some. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, it was so nice! Loved sitting on the porch, watching the birds and enjoying the quite! So relaxing!

Wonderful property and location.

Our family totally enjoyed the property. Great location and beautiful property with many amenities. The children and adults loved the path to the river where they could tube and the large back yard to play baseball and frisbee golf. The location was close to great restaurants and drivable to Cades Cove and Gatlinburg. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to stay here again.

Amazing Getaway
