Excellent staff and helpful helpline

Excellent receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything very clearly, including the attended swimming pool opening hours, and we can't praise her enough. We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. Would happily stay here again when in Toulouse.

Fab, well,situated aparthotel

Great aparthotel. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Well situated - both for walking into the city centre (<30 mins to Pont Neuf) and/or the metro etc Pool looked fab - but access is difficult if you are mobility-impaired. Bed was comfortable and small kitchen was well,equipped for prepping uncomplicated meals. Only downside? Smell from drains in the bathroom area. Toilet was fine - it was just the drains from the bath and sink that were pungent. All in all - great value.

Wonderful stay.

Arrived early as had early flight. The receptionist was very accommodating and found us an available room. This was very welcome as it was 34 degrees at that point. Air condioning was fantastic. A life saver. Average temperature over the 5 miles guts was 37 degrees. Slept better than at home. Electric shutters blocked out light and sound of trams passing. Perfect!

A warm welcome and able to access room early which was brilliant as we were very tired and it was very wet weather. We loved the well equipped kitchenette in the room so we could cook dinner during our stay. Lift from outside car park up to reception wasn’t working but main lift in hotel up to rooms was fine.

The hitel is basic but clean amd a good base. Staff are very happy to help. The only issue was breakfast. It is not worth the money and on the 2nd day half the food wasnt put out. Best to go over the road to a bakers.

Très bel endroit avec un service sans reproche. Stationnement privé et sécurisé. Literie confortable sauf le divan/lit qui étais très arrondi (matelas). Chambre trop petite pour accueillir les valises. Restos, alimentation et transport à proximité.

Great Location close to Zenith

Lovely aparthotel about 15 minutes by metro. Nearest stop is the Hippodrome, literally a minute walk. Great hotel if going to the Zenith (walking distance). City center about 15 mins tram/tube. Only downside is breakfast is relatively dear at 15euro but it was nice enough
