Decor was outdated. Shuttle service that was advertised was more complicated and not what was advertised on the website. King bed room was not an king bed, two twin beds were pushed together to make it a king bed. People were smoking through the vents and made our room smell like a dispensary. Isolation was minimal, We could hear the ambulances across the way all night long.

La chambre était trÚs vieillotte. On voit trÚs vite que les finitions ne sont pas là et que la chambre est ancienne. La literie n'est pas confortable. Concernant le personnel et l'accueil, rien à dire, trÚs souriant et serviable. Le hall d'accueil est également trÚs beau, c'est dommage pour les chambres car elles sont grandes et bien aménagées.

Pour 4 étoiles il y a un PB. Les moquettes des chambres ne sont pas nettes (Tùches), dans la 111 le robinet fuit, les supports de PH ne tiennent pas. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas et une seule prise au niveau du lit n'est pas pratique pour les gens appareillé.
