Worst Hotel I have ever been to! The hotel was very dirty (our room, bathrooms, hallway). The personel tried to charge extra fee from us without any proper reasoning. It was difficult to sleep during the night because it was very loud outside due to other guests hearing music outside the building.

J ai rarement vu un personnel si gentil et attentionn. Poli , souriant , jovial … La chambre est tel que on s y attendait . Deux seul petits bémols. Il faudrai une lampe de plus près du lit car la chambre est vraiment très sombre . Et la Clim ne semblais pas fonctionner on a eu très chaud dans la nuit

Première déconvenue toilettes collectives avec de l'urine partout..fin de nuit plus de papier. Aucune autre possibilité que de revenir en chambre pour se laver les mains au matin petit dej pas de jus d'orange pas de croissants descendu a 6h30 mais a 7h30 toujours pas de croissants. Un pichet de lait sorti du frigo datant de la veille meme pas propre...une première douche non fonctionnelle, impossible de régler le debit/temp...bref honte au groupe Accor. Hitel premier prix ok mais tout de même ! Meme en auberge de jeunesse nous sommes mieux lotis !

Accueil bien,quoique! j’ai attendu bien 5 minutes avant que l’on vienne m’enregistrer ! Chambre très sommaire mais c’est pour dormir. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs bien après 22h00, les murs sont en carton !!! La propreté laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner ( quand il y en a un), comme la chambre, très sommaire j’ai pu prendre un café et un jus de couleur orange… sans croissants , il n’y en avait plus à 7h00!!! Et les deux autres matins, je suis descendu à 6h30 pour prendre mon petit déjeuner…..et ben je suis reparti à 6h50 car rien n’était en place et aucun personnel présent donc 2x5 € pour rien. Merci quand même au réceptionniste qui je pense fait ce qu’il peut pour faire bonne figure. En tout cas je n’y retournerai pas !!! C’est le prix qui m’a attiré mais on en a même pas pour son argent.

Le flexible de la douche fuit énormément. Pas de brosse aux toilettes Il y avait encore des papiers des clients précédents au niveau de la tête de lit Une personne s’est mise à crier à minuit pendant 10 min, insupportable.

Lors de ma réservation sur hôtel.com j avais choisi le formule 1 de Blagnac ayant un avion a prendre très tôt le lendemain matin mais le site m a basculé sur le formule1 de l' Union sans mon accord mais je ne m en suis pas rendu compte de suite ce n' est qu en arrivant au formule 1 de Blagnac que le responsable ma annoncé que je n ai pas de réservation ici mais à l' Union j ai du repayer une chambre alors que j avais déjà payé sur le site hôtel.com

Service Nul et divergence entre l'hôtel et Hotels.

Je suis parti avec mon fils. Le chambre n'avait pas de douche (douche et wc dans le couloir) Le gérant nous a dit que dans le cas des chambres sans douche à l'intérieur, nous n'avions pas droit à des serviettes. Nous avions payé pour un petit déjeuner pour 2 personnes (le tout 53€) et le gérant nous a dit qu'on avait droit qu'à un seul déjeuner ( on aurait payé 47€). Donc pas de petit déjeuner

Immonde !

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons constaté que la chambre n’était pas celle de l’annonce. Nous sommes aller voir le consierge qui nous a dit que notre chambre était indisponible et que cela était due au site qui s’était trompé lors de la publication de la chambre. Les sanitaires (toilettes et douches) étaient sale, aucun entretien. Il nous a été impossible de se laver. Nous avons constaté qu’il y avait même des insectes dans la chambre.

Rien à dire au niveau de la réception, c'était correct. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer. Ma chambre était convenable mais n'avait pas l'air super clean. J'étais accompagné d'une amie qui occupait une autre chambre. Elle a eu moins de chance et a eu des mauvaises surprises en entant dans la chambre. Odeur de cigarette, draps non changés et tâchés...Je ne pense pas que je choisirai un F1 à l'avenir, même si ce n'est que pour une nuit. Je ne veux pas causer du tort à l'hôtel, mais je ne m'y suis senti pas très à l'aise.
