A nice area next to the beach in Torrox Costa. The two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment, large terrace and giant private roof terrace have all the luxury you could wish for.
The apartment is on the third floor consists of a large hall with space for both shoes, jackets and bags. Living room and open plan kitchen. From the kitchen area we have sliding doors to the large terrace. Terrace facing east, sun from early morning. From the terrace, a staircase leads up to the fantastic private roof terrace. There is a large dining table, lounge area and sunbeds. Large umbrella. The kitchen is complete with built-in fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Our host Kristina was great, welcoming and always helpful with quick response time for inquiries that we had. The condo was lovely and clean, well supplied with bedding and towels, dishes etc. Beds were comfortable. The common areas of the building were spotless and the grounds well kept. The condo is perfectly situated for the malecon walking, restaurants and grocery shopping. We enjoyed our stay!!

Fantastic Penthouse Apartment

We had a lovely 7 night stay in this fabulous Apartment. Very nicely presented and very clean. Kitchen equiped with everything you need. It would benefit from having a safe to keep valuables in.The upper terrace gave a nice area to relax and enjoy all day sun.The entire complex was extremely clean.What wasn't to like about the pool area, an amazing infinity pool with a large area to sun bath, read or whatever you like to do.An added big bonus was having an underground car parking space, very useful. The only downside was that there is a large construction project adjacent to the complex, it was rather noisy and there was a foul smell from standing water on the ste.

Our host Kristina was great if we had any problems she sorted it right away.On arrival Kristina had left us water ,milk and a bottle of cava in the fridge.Well located with a front exit and a rear exit next to the pool straight on to the beach

A really nice place to stay.The property was excellent .A beautiful pool and only a short walk to the beach.Had everything needed for a brilliant holiday.even a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival which was very much appreciated.

Sunshine Break

The apartment is set in a secure complex. The owner sent the apartment keys with clear instructions how to access the building, pool area and underground garage. The apartment was clean, well equipped, modern & well maintained with lots of outside space. It also has airconditioning which is great in the hight of summer. There is also a lovely private roof terrace with plenty seating and a bbq. There's lots of chairs and deck chairs but would really benefit from some sunloungers. The pool area is lovely with plenty of shaded areas and a gate which leads straight on the beach/promanade where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Apartment with Wonderful Roof Top Terrace

1.Convenient for beach access ,promenade walks & strolls to Torrox Costa shops, cafes & supermarkets. 2. The apartment has all the amenities, however is quite compact. 3. An improvement in bedding & cleanliness would be an excellent addition.

Total Luxury, Great Location and Facilities

Just back from a trip to Kristinas place. From start to finish the accommodation was amazing. The ease of booking and communication was outstanding. Kristina was very flexible with our needs. We traveled with a young toddler and a cot, highchair etc was provided. The apparent also has complete black out blinds! The facilities were superb and we had a brilliant holiday. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pool, private rooftop terrace and immediate beach access - what more could you want!

New modern apt in a great location..

A nice modern apartment in a handy location first line to the beach right between Torrox Costa and El Morche. Views of the ocean and the surrounding hills from the balcony and the roof terrace. Although we were there in the winter and the pool was not open, it looks to be very well maintained and inviting. Kristina is very flexible, and accommodating with excellent prompt communication, and was very helpful with our need to rearrange our booking due to the evolving pandemic responses in March 2020. A quiet spot close to but away from the action, all within walking distance. Close to Torrox Pueblo, Nerja Calete and Malaga, driving or by easy bus, a great location of day trips.

Negatives:Die Sauberkeit in dem Apartment war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Überall waren schwarze lange Haare verteilt.Die Wohnung schon sehr abgewohnt, alle Wände haben Fahrer und in den Schlafzimmern sind Blutflecken von zerschlagenen Stechmücken.Es gibt nur einen Geschirrsatz für 4 Personen.Ein weiterer großer negativer Punkt war die riesige Baustelle neben dem Wohnblock. Zum Glück war unsere Wohnung zur anderen Seite gelegen, jedoch wurde man am Pool fünf Tage die Woche von 08:30 bis 18:30 Uhr mit Baulärm beschallt.In einer kleinen Nische auf der Terrasse haben wir zum Teil nützlichen Dingen wie Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle, jedoch war auch sehr viel kaputtes und unnützes Zeug dabei. Zudem war es unter der Treppe total dreckig und auch wieder sehr viele schwarze Haare. Das ganze wurde nur durch einen Wischmopp getoppt der da gelagert wurde (wir hoffen, dass damit nicht die Wohnung gereinigt wurde), der total verdeckt war und auch voller schwarzer Haare war.Es gab keinen sauberen Eimer oder Mob mit dem man mal durchwischen konnte. Der Staubsauger war sehr veraltet.Leider mussten wir bei der Ankunft eine unangenehme Überraschung im Klo feststellen, ob es sich um die Hinterlassenschaften eines Vormieters oder ein verendetes Tier (Gecko) gehandelt hat konnten und wollten wir nicht mehr feststellen. Jedoch hat es unsere Ankunft negativ beeinflusst und sollte nicht vorkommen.Wir hätten gerne auch positives geschrieben, aber man kann nur 1500 Zeichen verwenden.

Agréable séjour en bord de mer !

Nous avons grandement apprécié l’appartement en bordure de mer ! Toutefois , lors de la perte d’électricité du lundi 28 avril nous nous sommes aperçus que Kristina ( gestionnaire de l’appartement ) ne nous avait pas remis les clés de l’édifice . Nous avions que des boutons magnétiques et comme il n’y avait pas d’électricité , il était impossible d’avoir accès à l’appartement . Ceci doit être corrigé .

Gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer !

Die Dachterrasse ist groß und sonnig ! Wer Ruhe und Erholung braucht, kann sich auf ein ruhiges Apartment freuen. In Torrox-Costa haben wir uns wunderbar erholt.

Eine schöne Woche zum Entspannen in einer wunderschönen Wohnung!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche zum Entspannen in Kistina‘s wunderschönen Wohnung. Es hat von Anfang an alles Problemlos geklappt. Die Kommunikation, Schlüsselübergabe und selbst bei allen Fragen hat Kristina sich direkt zurückgemeldet. Die Wohnung hat durch die Nähe zum Meer eine perfekte Lage. Im Ort selbst gibt es alles mögliche zum Einkaufen. Allerdings gibt es nur wenige Restaurants, bis auf ein paar an der Promenade. Der Ort ist noch nicht so sehr vom Tourismus geprägt, zumindest nicht vom Deutschen. Was es wiederum sehr authentisch macht für einen richtigen Spanienurlaub und uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Wohnung hat Alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse mit dem seitlichen Meerblick ist wunderbar! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Sommer 2023

Es waren zwei super Wochen in Torrox. Die Wohnung und besonders die Dachterrasse sind spitze. Direkte Strandlage,ein schöner Pool, eine Klimaanlage,eine Tiefgarage für den Mietwagen ein großer Fernseher und vieles mehr. Absolut zu empfehlen wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. ( 5 Sterne + )

Top Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber, die Lage ist super, viele Restaurants und der Strand in der Nähe, am besten gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse. Auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war Gold wert. Das einzige kleine Manko ist die Halle neben dem Gebäude auf die man den Blick vom Balkon hat und aus der die Touristenbusse mit Rückfahrpieper rein-und rausfahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumwohnung direkt am Meer

Wir haben die gesamte Zeit in der Wohnung genossen. Sowohl vom Balkon als auch vom Rooftop hat man einen coolen Blick auf Meer. Die Gesamte Anlage Flure / Tiefgarage / Pool war sehr sauber und wurden regelmäßig gesäubert. Fahrstuhl auch aus der Tiefgarage bis direkt vor die Wohnung war auch hilfreich. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war super. P.S. was uns auch gefallen hat, sind die "Kleinigkeiten", die erstmal vorhanden sind (z.B. Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier)

Heerlijk appartement met heel uitgebreide keukeninventaris, geweldig dakterras. Fijn gelegen aan het eind van de boulevard. Lekker vers brood bij Ortiz iedere morgen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
