Olivo de Torrox by Ruralidays

A rural house located just a few kilometers from the center of the village of Torrox, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

The villa has two floors with a living space of 90 m², where the decoration with luxury furniture and the use of warm colors create an extremely cozy atmosphere. The house features two bedrooms equipped with spacious wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200, and the other has a double bed measuring 150x190. Of the two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bathtub. The villa boasts a bright living-dining room with a wood stove, which shares space with a fully equipped American kitchen.

In the evening, in the spacious living-dining room, you can enjoy a good fire in the fireplace and the atmosphere it creates. Your whole family can test their skills with a Wii console and its wide variety of games. The dining area includes a table for four people. The entire house also offers free internet connection, so you can stay connected to the outside world, as well as cold/hot air conditioning.

In the outdoor area, the villa features a large covered and glazed terrace, from which you can enjoy the impressive surrounding landscape, no matter the weather. The little ones can also enjoy it, as it has a small slide and a playhouse. However, the charms of the outdoor area don't end here. There's an open terrace area where you'll find a dining space and a large barbecue. If you want to soak up the warm Andalusian summer sun, just lie on one of the garden loungers, and whenever you want to cool off, the magnificent private pool will welcome you with fresh waters.

The house has a jacuzzi available all year round, with a usage cost of 70 euros per week.

The vacation house also has private parking for several cars. Access is via 3 km of track from the main road, of which 2 km are paved and 1 km is dirt.

The rural house is set in a natural setting, surrounded by traditional crops, where new crops add greenery and tropical flavor to the area. Nature lovers will find their ideal vacation spot in this rural house, especially if you are among those who escape urban areas and developments. You won't tire of the magnificent views and admiring the eagles and hawks that nest in the surrounding mountains. Far from the daily rush and noise, in total silence and peace, you can enjoy truly perfect vacations.

The view was breathtaking. The property was perfect. Quiet sound of the birds. The host was amazing, always quick to respond and provided alot of information on local resturants. The drive up to to property is on a single track so needed some caution but wasn't a problem at all. Everything you need from fairy liquid to icecube trays! Hot tub was great. The bed was very comfortable, best weeks sleep ever!

Die Villa bot jeglichen Komfort, den wir uns wünschen konnten, und die Lage nahe Torrox mit Geschäften wie Lidl und Mercadona in fußläufiger Entfernung machte alles sehr praktisch. Dieses Haus ist ein Traum und gut für die Wintermonate geeignet. Besonders durch den Wintergarten, den Whirlpool und die Aussenküche. Die vielen Kochutensiiien bereiten einem viel Spaß beim Kochen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Anfahrt stellt kein grosses Problem dar. Der Großteil der Strecke ist asphaltiert und auch bei starkem Regen gut mit einem normalen PKW befahrbar. Das Bett ist sehr breit und bequem (ist in Spanien nicht immer so). Durch die sehr leisen und leistungsfähigen Klimaanlagen wird das Haus schnell warm. Als wir ein paar kühlere Tage hatten brachte Jose eine mobile Heizung für den Wintergarten vorbei. Überhaupt ist Jose der perfekte Vermieter. Immer freundlich, gut erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt trotz des kältestesten Weihnachten seit 15 Jahre in Spanien. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Am Tage hat der Pool mit seinen vielen Liegemöbeln und am Abend der Jacuzzi zur Entspannung eingeladen. Die Mahlzeiten konnten immer mit Blick aufs Meer genossen werden. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus ist geräumig und der Whirlpool ist hochwertig und leistungsstark und sorgt für wunderbare Momente der Entspannung. José begrüßte uns mit kleinen Geschenken für alle, auch für die Kinder, was den Empfang nach der langen Anreise noch angenehmer machte. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten – ein echtes Plus! Der Pool ist wunderschön mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und bequemen Liegen und einem balinesischen Bett. Alles ist gut durchdacht, um den Komfort unserer Gäste zu gewährleisten!

Der Eigentümer, Jose, ist ein sehr freundlicher und großzügiger Mann, der unermüdlich gearbeitet hat, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich und passte perfekt zu unseren Bedürfnissen beim Radfahren und Wandern in den umliegenden Hügeln.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa del Olivo. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Mit dem Pool, dem Whirlpool, der fantastischen Terrasse und der Veranda hatten wir immer etwas zu tun. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Die Straße zum Haus ist wahrscheinlich nicht für Fahranfänger oder unsichere Fahrer geeignet; Es gibt einige steile Anstiege, aber nichts Gefährliches. :)

Die Finca ist sehr schön und Jóse ist stets bemüht alles zu tun, damit es die Gäste angenehm haben. Rund um war der Aufenthalt auf der Finca wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist grandios, die Outdoor-Kitchen macht möglich den ganzen Tag im Freien zu verbringen. Nur 2 Kleinigkeiten möchte ich erwähnen: Der Pool ist schon sehr klein. "Richtiges" Schwimmen ist hier nicht möglich. Und die Spielmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Dart, etc.) bedürfen einem dringenden Update. Sie sind schon sehr in die Jahr gekommen und das Material eher schlecht. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung für diese schöne Finca mit toller Lage :-) !!!

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester für 7 Wochen in der Villa und es war traumhaft schön. Jose ist ein sehr netter und hervorragender  Vermieter, stets bemüht dass sich alle wohlfühlen und immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist mehr als ausreichend und ein Traum ist die Außenküche mit Grill und Gasherd auf der Terasse. Das WLAN und TV funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Anfahrt zur Finca ist gut machbar. Man gewöhnt sich wirklich schnell daran und dafür wird man jedes mal wenn man oben ist von dem einmaligen Ausblick belohnt. Wir hatten wunderbare Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergänge und haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht! Ich denke, dass sagt ALLES!

Alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank an Rosío und José, immer aufmerksam und sehr reaktionsschnell. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, außer vielleicht für Fernarbeit. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir den anderen Kommentaren nichts hinzuzufügen, außer dass wir zum fünften Mal auf die Höhen von Torrox zurückkehren. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
