Country House 'Casa Espina' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Welcome to Finca Casa Espina, peacefully located in the hills above Torrox Pueblo and surrounded by the gentle landscapes of the Axarquía. This charming finca with a private pool, beautifully landscaped grounds, and sheltered southwest orientation is the perfect place to relax and leave everyday life behind.



A paved driveway leads you to the private parking right at the house. The spacious property offers many sunny and shaded spots for you to unwind. Beneath the canopy of old trees, you'll find a cozy seating and dining area. The private pool with outdoor shower provides refreshment on warm days, while fruit trees and natural planting create a pleasant atmosphere.



The modern living room features a high ceiling, two sofas, and a TV for your comfort. From here, you access three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large double bed, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning; and a third bedroom with air conditioning and a pull-out bed for two. Two modern bathrooms are available in total. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.



The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area. From here, you step directly onto the large pool terrace with additional seating and a sunshade. Enjoy relaxed breakfasts, peaceful garden strolls, and cozy barbecue evenings with a gas grill.

The villa has wonderful views across the valley. The outside space is beautiful with plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The large pool was amazing even though maybe not as deep as some guests would like. The villa is very well appointed with air conditioning throughout which is a blessing in the hot climate. It does feel like a home rather than a rental with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, a nice large fridge freezer and a good oven and hob. Outside dining using the many seated table options and a large brand new gas bbq allows you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The location is only 20 minutes from Torrox where there are supermarkets and restaurants. This an excellent choice for a quiet and private holiday and i would highly recommend it. Thanks to Gilda and Juan for looking after us so well.
