We are in a quiet hilly area only 700 metres from the beach. The property has just been renovated into modern and cozy rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. It’s divided into 3 levels where on the ground floor you will find a bright living area with a large sofa that can be transformed into a double bed and equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, windowed bathroom with shower and a spacious covered terrace (18 sqm) perfect for eating outside. On the upper attic floor is a large room with 4 beds and windowed bathroom.
The lower floor with separate access is a tavern / lounge, a single sofa bed, a windowed bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool area that measures about 6 x 3 meters.
The house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV barbecue and more. It has space for 2 cars. Perfect for those seeking privacy, relaxation and a strategic location for exploring the lake, the view will win you over! We are also only 700 meters from the beach.
