Villa Malù - APT Luisa Pool and lake view

Villa Malù is located in Albisano, a small, picturesque hamlet on the hill above Torri del Benaco. The villa sits just below the village church, a private and tranquil setting offering a stunning view of the lake. The property comprises four apartments, three of which are available for holiday rentals and one for the owners.

The Luisa apartment, located on the first floor, opens onto a spacious living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed. The living area leads to a large private terrace with spectacular views of the lake and the town of Torri del Benaco below. Further inside, the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom.



The villa is reached via a narrow road suitable for medium-sized cars, while larger cars have difficulty accessing it and will have to find space in public parking lots.

The property also includes large shared outdoor spaces, including a large garden and a shared outdoor pool, perfect for a relaxing holiday.



The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory supplement of €50 per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash.
